RF-2512-28 – Senior Lounge Supervisor

The Mount Charles Group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lounge Supervisor to join it’s team at the Causeway Lounge, Belfast International Airport.

Working Pattern

• 40 Hours per week
• 5 out of 7 Days
• 04:00-20:30

The Role

• To plan, manager, deliver and present the food, beverages, and desk reception duties as per specification.
• Manage, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient operation of the lounge.
• Interact with customers by explaining the food and beverages on offer.
• Supervise a team of service, cleaning and kitchen staff as well as the other resources
• Supervise site compliance across Health and Safety and Food Safety operations.
• Continually bring added value to the contract through innovation and pro – activeness.
• Provide solutions to operational airport challenges.
• Ensuing all client and 3rd party paper work is completed acutely, on time and reconciled to allow for accurate billing
• Work towards achieving financial and non-financial targets.

The Person

• Excellent customer service
• Experience in managing a team.
• Previous experience working in a hospitality, travel, or reception supervisor role
• The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail
• Good communication skills – written and verbal
• The ability to demonstrate great team work skills
• The ability to follow instruction
