Area Manager – Cleaning & Facilities (Car Included)

Mount Charles Group in Belfast is seeking an Area Manager to lead cleaning operations across client sites. You will ensure induction, training, supervise staff, handle disciplinary issues, and maintain safety compliance while delivering excellent client service.

You will coordinate cleaning schedules, manage budgets, report KPI results to clients, and drive improvements. A full driving licence and IT literacy are essential, with experience in multi-contract cleaning preferred.
