Community Care Lead: Person-Centred Support

Aberdeenshire Council is seeking a lead care worker to provide person-centred care and holistic support in a community or residential setting, promoting equality and choice for all service users. You will develop, record, implement and review personal care and support plans in partnership with service users.

This fixed-term post includes pre-employment checks such as PVG scheme updates, SSSC registration within 3 months, overseas criminal record check if applicable, and references.
