Senior Enterprise Sales Lead — Robotics & Automation (EMEA)

Ocado Group is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Ocado Mobile Robotics Systems (OMRS) to drive enterprise deals across the UK, Europe, and 3PL markets. You will own a substantial quota, navigate 6–18 month sales cycles, and collaborate with solutions, deployment, and customer success teams.

The role targets £1M–£5M deals, with 40–60% travel to visit sites in UK, Ireland, and Europe. A CRM-first approach and experience selling technology to executives are essential.
