Logistics CX Specialist – Customer Experience Lead

Maersk in Felixstowe is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our team. You will manage multi-channel customer enquiries and support end-to-end Supply Chain activities, delivering outstanding experiences in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve issues, analyze data, and coordinate daily transport and planning while keeping information accurate and up to date.
