UK Regional Underwriting Lead – Fast Track Growth

Marsh is seeking a Regional Underwriting Lead for the UK region to drive regional growth and strengthen the Fast Track proposition. Based in London, Norwich or Birmingham, the role is hybrid with at least three in-office days weekly.

You will lead the regional underwriting team, manage complex placements, and work with placement teams, brokers and clients to optimize outcomes. The position emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, and market awareness.
