UK Family Activities Lead – Growth & Engagement

Virgin Active is seeking a UK Family Activities Manager to lead the strategy, performance and development of the family proposition across the UK, including Club V, swimming, junior activities and family events.

You will drive participation and commercial performance, ensure safeguarding and high operational standards, and coach teams across the UK, with travel to clubs as needed. This role reports to the Product Team within UK operations.
