Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited is seeking a Care Supervisor for our luxury care and nursing home in Reigate. You will inspire and develop a team of care assistants, organising the team and leading by example.

You will monitor residents’ care plans, ensure progress is recorded, and perform care duties as needed. You will stay calm and take the lead during emergencies while supporting staff and residents daily.
