Support Worker (Driver) – Community Care & Perks

Colten Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our service in Swaffham, Norfolk. You will support three females and one male in a dedicated supported living bungalow, assisting with daily tasks, transportation, and social activities.

No previous experience is required as full training is provided, including funded qualifications in Health and Social Care. A manual transmission vehicle is needed to transport clients to the Day Centre and community activities.
