Floating Housing Support Specialist

Simon Community Scotland is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower people experiencing homelessness, addiction, and trauma. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support to help individuals secure safe housing and access health and welfare services.

Working within a community-based team in Glasgow, you’ll follow a trauma-informed approach, build trusted relationships, and collaborate with local authorities and partner agencies to deliver coordinated care.
