This is an exciting opportunity to join the team from the beginning and play an important role in establishing the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and helping to maintain consistently high standards from day one., As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen during service. You will be expected to lead by example, support the wider kitchen team and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and organisation.,

• Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of lunch and dinner services.
• Ensure dishes are prepared and presented consistently to a high standard.
• Lead and support the kitchen team during busy services.
• Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation.
• Assist with stock control, deliveries, ordering and kitchen organisation.
• Ensure food preparation is carried out efficiently and according to the required standards.Reliable, punctual and professional.Salary depending on experience
