Noisy Oyster Seafood Bistro is a new concept from the Firebird team, serving oysters, fish and seafood with seasonal vegetables in a relaxed setting. We are an independent women-led business sourcing local, sustainable ingredients.

We are seeking a confident kitchen leader with at least 5 years as a chef, including 2 years as Jr Sous Chef, to support the Head Chef, supervise the team, and uphold high standards across all sections.
