Noisy Oyster Seafood Bistro is a new exciting concept from the team behind Firebird restaurant serving oysters, fish and seafood alongside simple, seasonal vegetable-based dishes with cocktails and wines in a relaxed and approachable atmosphere. We are an independent women-led business, working with local and sustainable suppliers and fresh ingredients.

• Confident in both service and prep, with solid experience supervising kitchen operations (minimum 5 years in Chef roles, including 2 years as Jr Sous Chef)
• Able to support the Head Chef in managing the team and ensuring consistency and quality across all sections
• Experience working with fish and seafood is a plus
• Capable of overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards
• Someone hard-working and dedicated to high standards of work
• Possesses a ‘can-do’ attitude, positive and outgoing
