Marks & Spencer in the Bailiwick is seeking an Operations Assistant for full- or part-time roles. You will provide high standards of customer service, maximise sales, and help manage stock receipt and distribution, including opening/closing the store as a key holder.
Flexibility is needed due to ferry arrivals and island deliveries. Responsibilities include maintaining cold chain temperatures, rotating stock to minimise waste, and working across multiple locations such as Ferry Speed.
