We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & Engagement Manager to lead our recruitment and engagement service across Northern Ireland and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our employer brand, drive values-led recruitment, enhance the employee experience, and provide workforce insights that support organisational growth.
About the Role
You’ll:
- Lead and develop our Resourcing & Engagement team, ensuring a gold standard, person-centred service.
- Drive recruitment activity, helping us attract and appoint the right people in a timely and values-led way.
- Champion our Employer of Choice brand and continuously improve the candidate, onboarding, and induction experience.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, using feedback and survey insights to create positive change.
- Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across recruitment and employee experience.
- Use workforce data and insights to support planning and inform decision-making.
- Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes remain compliant, fair, and aligned with best practice.
About You
You’ll be a collaborative and proactive people leader with experience in recruitment, engagement, workforce planning, and service improvement. You’ll be confident using data to drive decisions, building strong stakeholder relationships, and creating positive experiences for candidates and employees alike.
