About you
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent
- Strong main-contractor experience
- Proven track record delivering significant new-build projects
- Excellent commercial, contractual, and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and take project ownership
- Willingness to travel regularly across UK projects
What you’ll do
- Manage procurement and commercial aspects of subcontract packages
- Conduct monthly valuations, cost reporting, and CVRs
- Oversee variations, contractual entitlement, and final accounts
- Collaborate closely with Contracts, Site, and Design teams
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities
- Maintain strong commercial control throughout the project lifecycle
- Report regularly to senior management, ensuring project profitability and compliance
