About you
- Previous experience in credit control or finance administration
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and financial software (such as SAP, Dynamics)
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team

- Manage and chase overdue accounts to ensure timely collection of payments
- Maintain accurate ledger records and reconcile accounts regularly
- Build professional relationships with clients to facilitate smooth credit collection
- Assist with credit assessments and risk analysis
- Contribute to improving credit control processes and procedures
