Packages around £50-60k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in commercial or educational projects.
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £3m worth of work
• First Aid

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer’s expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contracts Management level.
