Were looking for aseasoned HR Business Partnerto join a fast-growing technology business on a high-profile6-month assignment.
This is ahands-on, high-impact roleworking directly with senior leaders acrossIT, Development, Engineering, Product and Design. Youll assess the current people structure, work with department heads, review team performance and effectiveness, identify improvements, and drivesuccession planning and organisational development.
Youll need to be a confident, commercially minded HR professional withextensive experience partnering with technology teams. Experience within a Tech business would be ideal, but strong experience supporting internal IT/Technology functions will be equally relevant.

Senior / experienced HR Business Partner
Strong IT / Technology / Development / Engineering / Product experience
Comfortable operating at pace and challenging senior stakeholders
Experience reviewing structures, performance and succession planning
Available for a 6-month contract
Hybrid 2 days per week in Solihull/Birmingham£400£500 per day (contract) or £90,000 FTC
