Onsite 24/7 Application Support Analyst – Portsmouth

Sopra Steria Ltd in Portsmouth is recruiting six Support Analysts to join a 24/7 shift-based team supporting a key programme. You will handle incidents, requests and changes, and contribute to testing and operational process development.

Required are ITIL awareness, application support experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. You must be willing to work onsite in a secure environment and join a 24×7 rota.
