Tax Strategy & Cross-Border Deals Lead

Volta is seeking a commercially minded Senior Manager to lead delivery on tax structuring, modelling and governance for high‑scale transactions in a fast‑growth infra platform. You will report to the VP of Tax and own deal workstreams across corporate entities, investments/JVs and debt financing.

Key responsibilities include building tax models, stress-testing outcomes, coordinating due diligence with Finance and Legal, and communicating implications to senior leadership.
