Strategic Ops & Finance Lead for Managing Director

The Brew Factory seeks an experienced high-calibre professional to act as the MD’s trusted right-hand, bringing financial judgment and operational experience to multiple ventures. This is not an entry-level PA role; you will run or co-run business units and support leadership.

Requirements include an MBA or CA with 3–5 years PQE and strong financial literacy, excellent English writing, and ability to manage multiple workstreams under time pressure. This is a remote role with Delhi NCR hours.
