ERS are partnered with one of Bristol’s most exciting up and coming MEP consultancies who are growing their Bristol team following a successful first half of 2025. A team currently made up of 5 engineers, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support a Principal engineer and a Director on a variety of project sectors including commercial, residential and education.

Established four years ago, this is a company that offers their staff great autonomy, with hybrid working, proper flexible working, and an enhanced annual leave allowance. With a new office in the popular Aztec West, they are at the heart of Bristol construction and have exciting growth plans for the near future.

Basics of the role

• Be a lead engineer on multiple projects across hotels, motor showrooms, universities, schools, and high-end residential developments
• Work with other engineers, mentoring and managing
• Help grow the office and team
• Client liaison work
• Prepare site surveys and attend site visits
• Liaise with external design teams

Who are we looking for?

• We’re looking for someone who will embed themselves into this growing team, and enjoy collaborating whilst also working autonomously
• Ideally hold an industry relevant degree
• 7+ years of Mechanical Building Services design experience
• Ideally CEng or working towards chartership
