Global Regulatory & Compliance Lead

Gymshark is seeking a Regulatory Affairs specialist to oversee global compliance for products, packaging and claims. You will translate evolving rules into practical actions for cross-functional teams and support sustainability initiatives while driving responsible innovation.

The role requires experience in regulatory affairs or sustainability, a relevant degree, and the ability to work in a hybrid Solihull setup. You will partner with Legal, Product, Sustainability and Secretariat teams.
