Business Systems Engineer: API, Automation & AI in Ops

Head Resourcing is seeking a hands-on Business Systems Engineer to help scale and optimise internal systems across sales, operations, warehousing and fulfilment. The role is permanent and full-time, with a hybrid UK-based arrangement and regular time in Edinburgh.

You’ll work on PHP/Laravel or TypeScript/Node.js, build APIs, automations and data pipelines, and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact, using AWS, Docker, CI/CD and modern engineering
