Starting salary £33,000 per annum rising to £35,000 after probation
Right Search Recruitment Ltd are currently selecting for a Registered Care Home Manager to work with an excellent healthcare organisation based in West Midlands.
The nursing home in particular is a 9 bedded specialist service in Sutton Coldfield. This home is the only service of its kind in the UK, providing dedicated nursing support for Individuals with downs syndrome & dementia, life-limiting-illnesses and regressive disorders.
The ideal candidate must have at least three years experience as a Manager within a care home setting however being nurse qualified is not essential.
The manager is expected to:
- Manage all staff in the nursing home
- Audits
- Yearly appraisals
- 1:1 with staff every 2 weeks
- Receive 1:1 from Operations director as well as full support
- Ensuring CQC standards are met
- Rotas
- Budgets
