Field Drainage Repair Engineer – Independent On-Site

Auger is seeking a Drain Repair Engineer to join our Coventry team, covering the local area. The role offers a total package of £36,412–£40,603 without overtime, with a starting salary of £32,381–£36,353 depending on experience.

You’ll work 42.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with door-to-door pay and no on-call. Benefits include health plan, pension, annual leave, and generous training and progression opportunities, plus up to £2,500 annual bonus and a potential overtime uplift to £42,700.
