Senior Building Surveyor – Data-led Asset Management & Design

Amey is seeking a permanent Senior Building Surveyor to join its Advisory Consulting team with offices across Birmingham, Bristol, London, Manchester and Sheffield. You will deliver building surveying services, support design and asset teams, and engage with clients to drive value and lifecycle cost optimisation.

The role requires C.PhD status? or Chartered status with a broad surveying background, strong project management, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
