Head of Financial Crime Strategy & Detection

Morse is seeking a seasoned Financial Crime Strategy and Product Lead to own the roadmap for detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and sanctions risk across markets. You will work with product, engineering, and compliance to build scalable detection tooling and lead cross-functional initiatives in a data-driven manner.

You will translate regulatory obligations and emerging threats into prioritized, buildable plans, while measuring performance and continuously improving risk coverage
