Interim Public Sector Commercial Lead — £100m+ Procurement

1st Executive is seeking an Interim Commercial Manager to lead a high-value public sector procurement in Wiltshire. The role pays £650 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35) and runs for 12 months with 4 days onsite per week.

You’ll own the commercial workstream across the lifecycle, from strategy to contract award, drafting tender docs, strategies and negotiation plans, and engaging suppliers to secure the best commercial outcomes for a major £100m-£200m programme.
