Data-Driven Continuous Improvement Analyst

Newport City Homes in Wales is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Analyst to join its newly established Continuous Improvement function. This role will help services work more effectively through evidence-led analysis, process improvement and sustainable change.

You’ll apply Systems Thinking and DMAIC, map end-to-end processes, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with operational teams to deliver measurable benefits and customer outcomes.
