Senior IAM Support Engineer – Onsite in Reading

OpenText in Reading, GBR, is seeking a Senior Premium Support Engineer to be the single contact for NetIQ IAM cases. You will build in-depth IAM environment knowledge and collaborate with client technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires calm, analytical problem solving, strong communication, and hands-on experience with IAM products, cloud platforms, and container technologies. This is an onsite role within IT & Cloud Operations.
