Job Description:
Vanrath is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Belfast on a temporary contract with a view to becoming permanent. The role is hybrid (2 days WFH) with standard hours, Monday to Friday, 9-5, ideal for someone with a solid IT support background and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities include resolving IT tickets, managing user access and security, analysing data for trends, maintaining documentation, and contributing to end-user training as needed.
