Job Description:
HCRG Care Group seeks an experienced Mandatory Trainer to deliver Fire Safety, Warden, and Evacuation training across our Community Adult and Children’s Services. The role includes delivering BLS, PM&H, and conflict resolution trainings as required, in a flexible, part-time capacity.
Travel to Essex, Kent, and Prison hubs is required to deliver sessions. We welcome full-time or part-time applications, with a strong focus on quality and safeguarding in health and care settings.
