The team is looking for an experienced Campus Talent Acquisition / Early Careers professional to lead university recruitment initiatives across the UK and Europe.

What you’ll own:
n
• Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies across leading UK and European universities
n
• Build partnerships with university career centres, student societies, academics and internal business teams
n
• Manage end-to-end hiring for graduate programmes, internships and placement opportunities
n
• Lead sourcing, screening, assessment, interviews and offer management
n
• Design and deliver campus events including career fairs, workshops, tech talks and university engagement activities
n
• Enhance employer branding among early-career talent
n
• Manage candidate onboarding and support graduate/intern programme experience
n
• Track recruitment metrics, event ROI and offer acceptance to continuously improve campus strategy
n
n
What we’re looking for:
n
• 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment, Early Careers TA or University Relations
n
• Strong understanding of the UK university ecosystem and graduate recruitment cycle
n
• Experience building relationships with universities and internal senior stakeholders
n
• Strong project and event management capability
n
• Comfortable using ATS, recruitment analytics and digital sourcing tools
n
• Experience within technology, e-commerce, logistics, retail or other fast-paced industries is preferred
n
• Knowledge of UK graduate hiring regulations and visa schemes is a plus
n
