Children’s Residential Support Worker — 4‑Day Week

Colten Care is recruiting a Children’s Residential Support Worker in Staffordshire to help vulnerable children aged 7-18 with SEMH. You will provide empathetic care, support daily activities, and assist with achieving independence under supervision.

A funded Level 4 Apprenticeship is available, with DBS checks and safeguarding practices in place. There are four residential homes in the Staffordshire region, with locations in Stone, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent and Stretton.
