Residential Support Worker — Empower Lives & Grow

Swanton Care in Newport is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide practical assistance and emotional support to the people we support in Crumlin and surrounding homes. You will help individuals achieve goals in line with their support plans and promote wellbeing.

This 40-hour-per-week role includes days and nights on a roster, with a strong emphasis on enabling independence, attending activities, and completing records.
