Are you passionate about providing care and support toothers? We are currently seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join ourteam to provide support during the evening. This role is ideal forsomeone who may only be able to work a shorter shift assisting our residentssettle comfortably for the night. Location: Elmbrook Court, Grove Road, Wantage OX12 7BY

Hours: 30 hoursper week

Contract: Part-time

Shift: Evenings (6pm – Midnight)

What you will be doing:

  • Providingexcellent care and support to our residents during the evening.
  • Supportingresidents with getting ready for bed.
  • Providingcompanionship and emotional support.
  • Helpingwith supper, drinks and light refreshments.
  • Activelyparticipating in various training and up-skilling sessions.
  • Workingclosely with team members and management team.

What you need:

  • Be acompassionate and caring person.
  • Be atrue team player.
  • Haveexperience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker– Thisis advantageous but not essential as full training is given.
  • Bereliable and able to work evening hours.
