Maintenance Technician – Student Housing, London

Yugo is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our state-of-the-art student accommodation in Central London. This 40-hour-per-week role runs Monday to Friday on a 3-month fixed-term contract, at £14.30 per hour.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, upkeep communal areas, perform health and safety checks, and assist with minor redecoration as needed. Proactive problem-solving is valued to keep residents satisfied.
