Advance Housing & Support Ltd in Banbury is seeking a Casual Support Worker to assist customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs or mental health conditions in their own homes. The role is zero contracted hours with flexible shifts across days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
You will support with personal care, meals, appointments and activities, while maintaining care plans, records and training updates. Driver preferred unless based in Charlbury/Carterton.
