Mount Charles is recruiting a Head Chef for Belfast International Airport – Northern Quarter site. You will lead kitchen operations, produce high-quality dishes and manage costings with the GM, while ensuring HACCP and safety compliance. The role offers a 40-hour week, 5 out of 7 days, with shifts from 3:00pm to 10:00pm.
