Trainee Driving Instructor — Train, Earn, and Grow

Colten Care is partnering with RED Driving School to train you as a Driving Instructor. The programme offers up to 80 hours of training with a RED trainer and back-office support, allowing you to qualify at your own pace while fitting around your commitments.

The pathway provides a guaranteed opportunity to join RED Driving School as a qualified instructor, with the PDI Trainee Licence route enabling you to earn while you train and build a lead in passing the DVSA Part 3 test.
