Control Room & Security Officer – Retail Centre

Highcross Shopping Centre in Leicester is seeking a Control Room Assistant / Security Officer to monitor CCTV, manage contractor access and provide high quality customer service to visitors and tenants.

You will work predominantly in the Control Room, carry out routine security patrols, respond to incidents, maintain accurate records and support management with audits while ensuring health and safety compliance across the centre.
