Latine is a high-end dining destination that fuses elegant French cuisine with vibrant Latin American flavours, set in the heart of Mayfair. Launching soon, this immersive new restaurant blends exceptional gastronomy, refined ambience, and lively entertainment across a 55-seat main dining room, 20-seat terrace, 63-capacity lounge, and a private dining room for 16. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de partie to join our opening kitchen brigade. What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily operations and service leadership.
• Supervise assigned sections and ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
• Mentor and guide junior staff while fostering a supportive kitchen environment.
• Maintain kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and food safety practices.
• Contribute to prep schedules, ordering, and stock management.
• Be a key player in shaping a new kitchen culture with high standards and professionalism.Experience as a Junior Sous or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality-driven kitchen.
• Solid understanding of modern French techniques and/or Latin American influences.
• Enthusiastic about training, team building, and working collaboratively.
• Calm under pressure, well-organised, and solution-focused.
• Ready to be part of a launch team and grow within a high-end environment.
