We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Chefto join our team based in Belfast, covering the Belfast Area. This isa great opportunityto join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern
- 30 hours per week
- 5 days out of 7
- Between 8am – 6pm
- Days and times will vary

TheRole:
- Assist in the preparation, service and sales of all food and beverages for the unit
- Prepare and cook all food to an exceptional standard, ensuring all HACCP regulations are adhered to.
- Providing the highest level of customer service in a consistent approach to anyone who uses the facility
- Work as part of the team to ensure the service is delivered on time and to the highest possible standard
- Completing any administrationwhich would sit within remitincludingrecording of food temperatures
- In the absence of theUnitManagercomplete bookwork procedures in line with company requirements
- Report defective equipment/ utensils/ work and floor surfaces to theLineManager
- Ensure all food is labelled correctly
- Prepare and manage all aspects of hospitality catering
- Comply withHACCP regulations as necessary
The Person:
- Previousculinary experience
- Previousexperience working in a busy kitchen
- Demonstratable knowledge of HACCP
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work successfully as part of a team or individually
- Previousexperience working in a contract catering environment
- NVQ level 2&3 or City & Guilds 706/ 1&2
- Full clean driving licence
- Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing,speakingand listening skills toassistin understanding safety and work, instructions and communicating with customer on a day-today basis.
