Driver Training Specialist | CPC & Safety Coach

Culina Logistics is hiring a Driver Trainer to deliver in-house Driver CPC training and induction for drivers. The role focuses on hours, tachographs and WTD rules, with ongoing evaluation and record-keeping. You will work with the Transport Management team to maximise training impact and ensure safety standards are met.

The position requires an LGV C&E licence, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to train and support drivers across the business.
