The Role
Position:Temporary Store ManagerLocation:Argento Kennedy Centre, Unit 49 Kennedy Centre, Belfast, BT11 9AEContract:Temporary, Fixed Term Contract, 12 months, Full-Time (40 hours per week)
The role includes a flexible shift pattern across daytime,eveningsand weekends.

About the Role
AsTemporaryStore Manager,you’llbe the driving force behind the success of your store.
Reporting to the Area Manager,you’lllead from the front, creating an inspiring environment where colleagues feel motivated, customers feel valued and commercial targets are consistently achieved.
You’llbe responsible fordeveloping a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customerserviceand ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the business.
As part of your role, you will also become a keyholder and receive training in ear piercing, one of our most popular in-store services.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading Your Team
Inspire,motivateand develop a high-performing team
Create a positive culture focused on performance and customer service
Coach colleagues to maximise their potential and support succession planning
Recruit, onboard andretaintalented team members
Driving Sales & Service
Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every opportunity
Identifyopportunities to increase sales, customerloyaltyand store performance
Set the standard for outstanding Argento customer service
Managing Store Operations
Oversee all day-to-day store operations
Manage rotas,payrolland staffing levels in line with budgets
Complete cash handling, banking and keyholder responsibilities
Plan stock takes, sales launches and seasonal activity
Ensure compliance with all company policies,proceduresand health & safety requirements
Commercial Excellence
Analyse store performance andidentifygrowth opportunities
Manage costs and profitability effectively
Deliver visual merchandising standards that inspire customers and maximise sales
Protect company assets through strong stock control and security practices

Essential Skills & Experience
?Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a high-volume retail store
?Proven success leading,coachingand developing teams
?Strong commercial awareness and experience working in a KPI-driven environment
?Experience recruiting,onboardingand training colleagues
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
?Strong organisational and planning abilities
?Experience managing payroll,rotasand store budgets
?Understanding of profit and loss performance
?Confident using POS systems, MicrosoftOfficeand retail technology
?Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
?Positive,proactiveand professional approach
