Retail Sales – 35K OTE

Our client is an established and growing retail store for the telecoms industry. They are now seeking a confident, friendly and customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis.

This is a showroom-based sales role, where you will guide customers through their options, provide product advice and manage enquiries from initial contact through to order.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience of working to sales targets
• Retail or showroom sales experience is preferred
• Confident and personable communication style
• Strong customer service skills
• Organised and reliable approach
• Well-presented and professional manner
• Comfortable handling enquiries across phone, email and social media
• Ability to work Saturdays and participate in a Sunday rota

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide expert advice within the showroom
• Sell made-to-measure curtains, blinds and shutters
• Handle customer enquiries across walk-ins, telephone, email and social media
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Book customer surveys and appointments
• Follow up sales leads and enquiries
• Prepare quotations and assist with customer orders
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Ensure the showroom remains clean, organised and presentable
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service throughout the sales process

Working Pattern

Weekend availability is essential
