Job Description:Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting mainly agricultural construction projects by performing essential tasks on-site. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Responsibilities include:Set up shuttering , pour & finish concreteLoad and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required.Operate basic hand tools and power toolsWorking efficiently to meet the needs of the clientAssist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organised workspace.Perform labouring duties such as digging, lifting, erecting steel frame buildings, roofing, concreting, kerbingObserve and adhere to Health & Safety Regulations and company policy ensuring the safety of yourself and others at all timesCompleting all paperwork/documentation as requiredSkillsAbility to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly and safely.A valid driver’s licence is essentialExperience of Working at HeightNPORS/CSCS cards preferred although not essentialHours of Work:
Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturday.Contract:
