Dreams and Sofatime are looking for a talented Graphic Design & Content Executive to join our Marketing Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how our brands look and feel across Ireland. From digital campaigns and social content to store windows, point-of-sale materials and national advertising, your creative work will be seen by customers across multiple channels.

The Role
Working closely within the Marketing team, youll create engaging, brand-led content for both Dreams and Sofatime, helping us deliver a consistent and memorable customer experience.
Youll have the opportunity to work across a varied mix of creative projects, giving you plenty of scope to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the role.
Creative Design & Brand
- Turn marketing and business objectives into engaging, high-quality creative concepts.
- Create impactful designs across digital, print, social media, advertising, email and in-store channels.
- Produce static and animated digital assets for websites, email campaigns and social platforms.
- Help protect and develop our brand identities, ensuring a consistent look, feel and tone across all creative.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to campaigns and brand activity.
In-Store & Point of Sale
- Create engaging in-store visuals that enhance the customer journey and help drive sales.
- Design artwork for store windows, point-of-sale materials, posters, banners and promotional signage.
- Support the delivery of seasonal campaigns, promotions and store communications.
- Ensure creative campaigns are rolled out accurately, consistently and on time across our store network.
Creative Project Delivery
- Manage multiple creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork and digital assets.
- Work with external printers, suppliers and other partners to bring creative concepts to life.
- Manage deadlines effectively while maintaining a consistently high standard of work.
About You
Were looking for someone who combines creative flair with excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a busy, collaborative environment.
Youll ideally have:
- 2+ years experience in a graphic design, creative or content-focused role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work across digital and print.
- Excellent skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience using After Effects or creating animated content.
- A strong eye for design, typography, layout and brand consistency.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- The confidence to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive approach and willingness to bring new ideas to the table.
Even Better If You Have
- Experience creating animated or video content.
- Experience working with a marketing team on multi-channel campaigns.
- An interest in retail, interiors, homeware or furniture.
- Experience designing creative for a retail or customer-facing environment.
